Here’s a list of the most popular AI apps right now. ChatGPT is still king, but Claude and Perplexity are catching up.

Out of these, I use ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude basically every day.

Plus, I use ElevenLabs, it is insanely good for text-to-speech! 🤖

It's funny, but the idea that people who do strength training might outperform their peers is actually pretty interesting.

Science is only now starting to realize that strength training isn’t just for muscle growth—it’s also great for brain health.

The brain works hard when you’re lifting something heavy and engaging multiple muscle groups at once.

So yeah, I’d definitely invest in a Deadlift ETF! 💪

11 am sounds a bit extreme, but ever since I started having dinner at least four hours before bed (with no water or snacking afterward), my sleep has improved a lot 💤
