I think everyone should read The Wisdom of Life by Arthur Schopenhauer. It’s an underrated gem! Short, full of wisdom, and it explains complex ideas in a way anyone can understand.

If you take a 5-minute walk after a meal, you can massively reduce your glucose spike and boost your metabolic health.

What else can you do to keep those glucose levels in check? Try these: eat veggies first (fiber slows down glucose absorption), save sweet treats/fruits for after meals (not on an empty stomach), and skip sweets for breakfast.

I do this, and my metabolic blood tests are perfect. Plus, my energy levels stay steady all day—no more feeling sleepy after meals 🔋

Incredible story of how Notion hit 100M users! 🤯 Been a fan and follower for most of their journey.

This line sums it up perfectly:

“We had no business sense, struggled with building a horizontal tool. Notion almost died (thanks for the bridge, mom!)”

People often see only the successes, but there’s no success without hard work and high risks. Almost every business success story has a few moments where they almost died 💪

The compound effect is so underrated. Its power is clear in the financial markets, where the best strategy is often to invest in index funds and be patient for years or even decades as your net worth grows.

And doing what you don't want to do, ideally first thing in the morning, not only makes the day more productive since other tasks will seem like a breeze, but also pushes you out of your comfort zone, which is great in the long run 🚀
