So true!
Just learning for the sake of it can be so draining—and let’s be real, what do you remember from your studies in university? Most of it doesn’t stick.
But when you’re learning while actually building or creating stuff? It’s a total game-changer. It’s like 10x better. It’s fun, you see progress, you get feedback, and it just clicks in your brain.
Take coding, for example.
Instead of grinding through tutorials, think of a simple project idea and start building. Tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor can make the process even faster and more fun.
Give it a try! 🚀

Nobody puts it better than Kierkegaard:
"Every day, I walk myself into a state of well-being and walk away from every illness. I have walked myself into my best thoughts, and I know of no thought so burdensome that one cannot walk away from it."
So, keep walking—it’s good for the body and mental health! 🚶‍➡️

That’s such a good question!
Over the past year, I’ve started spending more time in the sun—10 minutes in the morning and another 15–20 minutes when the UV is high.
And guess what? I feel better than I ever have!
Here’s something interesting too: countries with less sunlight actually have the highest rates of skin cancer. Makes sense, right?
Sunlight isn’t the enemy—it’s essential for your health (in moderation, of course) 🌞

This chip solved a computation in under 5 minutes—a task that would take a leading supercomputer over 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 years.
Let that sink in. Wow! đź‘Ź
