So true!
Just learning for the sake of it can be so drainingāand letās be real, what do you remember from your studies in university? Most of it doesnāt stick.
But when youāre learning while actually building or creating stuff? Itās a total game-changer. Itās like 10x better. Itās fun, you see progress, you get feedback, and it just clicks in your brain.
Take coding, for example.
Instead of grinding through tutorials, think of a simple project idea and start building. Tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor can make the process even faster and more fun.
Give it a try! š

Nobody puts it better than Kierkegaard:
"Every day, I walk myself into a state of well-being and walk away from every illness. I have walked myself into my best thoughts, and I know of no thought so burdensome that one cannot walk away from it."
So, keep walkingāitās good for the body and mental health! š¶āā”ļø

And guess what? I feel better than I ever have!
Hereās something interesting too: countries with less sunlight actually have the highest rates of skin cancer. Makes sense, right?
Sunlight isnāt the enemyāitās essential for your health (in moderation, of course) š
