So true!

Just learning for the sake of it can be so drainingā€”and letā€™s be real, what do you remember from your studies in university? Most of it doesnā€™t stick.

But when youā€™re learning while actually building or creating stuff? Itā€™s a total game-changer. Itā€™s like 10x better. Itā€™s fun, you see progress, you get feedback, and it just clicks in your brain.

Take coding, for example.

Instead of grinding through tutorials, think of a simple project idea and start building. Tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor can make the process even faster and more fun.

Give it a try! šŸš€

Nobody puts it better than Kierkegaard:

"Every day, I walk myself into a state of well-being and walk away from every illness. I have walked myself into my best thoughts, and I know of no thought so burdensome that one cannot walk away from it."

So, keep walkingā€”itā€™s good for the body and mental health! šŸš¶ā€āž”ļø

Thatā€™s such a good question!

Over the past year, Iā€™ve started spending more time in the sunā€”10 minutes in the morning and another 15ā€“20 minutes when the UV is high.

And guess what? I feel better than I ever have!

Hereā€™s something interesting too: countries with less sunlight actually have the highest rates of skin cancer. Makes sense, right?

Sunlight isnā€™t the enemyā€”itā€™s essential for your health (in moderation, of course) šŸŒž

This chip solved a computation in under 5 minutesā€”a task that would take a leading supercomputer over 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 years.

Let that sink in. Wow! šŸ‘
