Back in university, I knew someone who had tons of friends. His trick? He’d always start by asking for a favor. Simple, but so effective.

It makes so much sense when you think about it—we’re not built to spend all our time indoors.

Our natural state is viewing sunlight and being under the sun ☀️

Wow, the UK gets over half of its calories from ultra-processed foods, while Portugal is at just 10%. That’s such a huge difference!

That’s my go-to review for almost every blockbuster movie these days—except anything by Christopher Nolan or Denis Villeneuve.

Seriously, how do they spend so much money and still end up with such terrible scripts and dialogues? Just... how? 🤦‍♂️
