Willpower is great, but removing friction is even better.
When it’s 9pm, you’re tired, and there’s ice cream in the fridge, willpower won’t save you.
But if there’s no ice cream? Problem solved—no willpower needed.
Same with workouts. I struggled for years because going to the gym felt like such a hassle. Once I got some basic stuff (dumbbells, a bench) and started working out at home, I barely miss a workout now.
Less friction, better habits 💪

The whole seed oil debate is highly controversial.
My rule of thumb?
Stick to oils that are closer to their natural form and need less processing.
Better safe than sorry—so I just cook with butter and extra virgin olive oil.

I’ve even met some of them looking for a second full-time job—that’s how much free time they have.
And don’t think the companies are clueless—they know.
They just can’t do mass layoffs without spooking investors and tanking their stock price.

A lot of our thought patterns come from childhood, and we’re not even aware of it.
As we grow up, we think that’s just who we are—like, I’m an introvert or I avoid conflict.
But most of the time, these are just coping mechanisms—ways our brain learned to protect us from threats.
The good news?
When you recognize these patterns and trace them back (usually to childhood trauma or your environment), you can actually change them.

A bottle of wine a day is a direct path to addiction, though.
