If you’re struggling with motivation, it might be low dopamine.

According to Dr. Andrew Huberman, one way to maintain a better baseline of dopamine is to steer clear of activities that cause big spikes followed by crashes—like junk food, video games, social media, porn, etc.

Instead, do things that keep your dopamine steady from the list mentioned above 🧘

It’s really uplifting to see that over half of the people have a positive outlook on the future, especially with all the serious global issues we’re up against, like climate change.

According to science, VO2 Max, which is the maximum volume (V) of oxygen (O2) your body can process, is one of the best predictors of longevity.

So, this year, I’m really focusing on boosting mine. I haven’t had it evaluated in the lab yet, but my Apple Watch currently shows me at 47, putting me in the 75th percentile for my age.

The goal? Hit 55 by year’s end—that’s the 90th percentile. Wish me luck! 🤞
