I never really thought about light this way before, but it makes sense.
Our brains aren’t designed to handle bright light at night. When we do, it messes with our circadian rhythm and throws off natural processes like sleep, melatonin, and cortisol production.
Now, I dim the lights after dinner and stick to warm, low lighting. From my experience, it’s been a game changer for my sleep 💡

Would it kill Apple to send an email when they drop a new series?
It’s not even about marketing—it’s just keeping your audience in the loop. Netflix does it, and I always know what’s new.
Thanks to my own research, I know Severance and Silo have second seasons coming (can’t wait!).
Added the other two shows to my watchlist too 👀

The more I learn, the more benefits I see in having extra muscle.
For example, I recently found out that muscles can store glucose too, which helps lower the risk of diabetes and insulin resistance.
Now I just need to figure out how to gain weight while sticking to a clean, whole-foods diet—a real challenge for me 🏋️

I’d say you can absolutely do it, even in your 30s.
Also, it’s super important to check ApoB, triglycerides, LDL and HDL to get a clear picture of your lipid profile. And don’t skip fasting glucose, fasting insulin, and HbA1C to stay ahead of diabetes.
These are some of the biggest contributors to heart disease, and keeping them in check can make a huge difference.
