I always wonder how those “super busy” people claim they have no time, yet spend HOURS scrolling on social media.
Staring at your phone doesn’t count as being busy.
Go talk to your kids or parents, pick up a hobby, do a workout, help someone out, or build something useful.
Maybe we wouldn’t rely on antidepressants so much 💊

Science now says VO2 Max is one of the best indicators of longevity, so it’s a good time to work on boosting yours.
Remember from the last episode? Health should always be the #1 priority. As Arthur Schopenhauer (my favorite philosopher) said, “Health isn't everything, but without it, everything is nothing.”
The Norwegian 4x4 workout is a great way to improve your VO2 Max, though it can be tough at first.
An easier option is the 1x1: one minute of max effort followed by a minute of rest, repeated ten times.
I do it on an elliptical, but you can do it however you like—running, cycling, rowing, whatever works. Just get started! 🏃
