So glad to see this trend, especially among young adults! 🎉

In the last 5 months, I’ve only had a few cocktails, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more energized. I think we still don’t fully realize how much alcohol affects our health, especially our gut, which we’re just starting to learn about.

Hopefully in 10 or maybe 20 years, drinking will feel weird—maybe just something for special occasions! 🤞

This is the way! 👆

No need to spend months hunting for the perfect startup idea—just start building something.

Along the way, you’ll run into issues like overpriced tools, tools that don’t fully solve your problem, or even no tools at all. That’s when you realize you’re probably not the only one facing this.

Check out Reddit or Twitter to see if others are talking about it for proof, then pivot!

Drop what you were building and focus on solving that problem instead. 👀

I eat blueberries almost every day—they're basically my go-to after-dinner dessert.

Knowing they're also great for my brain?

Total win-win! 🏆

Paul Graham’s “Founder Mode” essay took the tech world by storm, instantly becoming a classic. You can read it here.

In a nutshell, he suggests there are two ways to run a company: founder mode and manager mode.

Manager mode is the typical approach taught in business schools, where founders eventually step aside for professional managers. It’s the “hire good people and let them do their jobs” philosophy.

But Paul argues there might be another way—where founders stay deeply involved, like Steve Jobs did at Apple, delegating but also stepping in to micromanage when needed.

Founder mode isn’t as well understood, and it varies from company to company, with founders figuring it out as they go. But it could be the better way to grow and scale a business. 🚀

Making your health the #1 priority is the best decision you can make in life, and the sooner you do it, the better.

Remember, health is priceless. A billionaire with cancer would give up all their money in a heartbeat to have your health, and you wouldn’t trade your health for a billion dollars. In a way, if you’re healthy and feeling great, you’re already a multi-billionaire.

So why are so many people still smoking, drinking, and eating poorly? I just can’t understand it.

Make your health the top priority now! 🔝

Looking for a good comedy to watch this weekend? Check out this Reddit thread for tons of great suggestions! 👆

If you ask me, the first movie that comes to mind is Palm Springs. It’s got that classic time loop plot but pulls it off in a super funny way.
